Ocucon is a UK-based AI/ML company building real-time computer vision and video analytics for retail loss prevention, asset protection, and health & safety compliance. I worked on the frontend: React and Next.js dashboards that surface live video analytics from a Python/OpenCV/TensorFlow pipeline, over WebRTC and Socket.io streams, backed by PostgreSQL and Redis. The product is trusted by retailers and warehouses to detect safety violations and security threats in real time, and the UI has to stay responsive and clear under continuous inference load.
